Configure & re-add the contact form #116
Description
The contact form was removed from the contact page because it's not yet configured to send messages (previously it was designed to be used with Netlify). We need to get it working (either by setting up our server to receive content from the form, or use a service), and re-add it. The form was removed from the markdown in this commit: 4ed9b2b
