1. We should focus either on Recce Cloud or Recce OSS. I prefer only for recce cloud
2. The /recce-ci is a good idea to setup the first version of the ci/cd workflow file
3. We should use the recce-cloud instead of github-action
4. Should be able to inspect the project and assess the readiness of using recce. (e.g. per-PR env, base env, ..)
