Add functionality to pin tweets on telegram

Workflow

Version 1:

1. On telegram the user will send her twitter handle to connect which will saved in a database and mapped to the user
2. Whenever Utilobot is mentioned in any tweet's reply with word @utilibot ping, it will take the parent tweet and send it to the user on telegram.

Version 2:

• User can send a bot command to list out all the saved tweets on telegram.

Version 3:

• User can organise tweets in folders and just has to write the list name in bot invocation on twitter and and the tweet will be saved on the specific list. @utilibot ping motivational will save the parent tweet in the list named motivational.

Use Case

Often times we come across some awesome tweets which we would like to save for future and if you use telegram a lot you might want to have an easy access to them. This feature actually allows us to do that.

Hey, The demo bot which is deployed in google cloud functions is not functioning. And because I don't have a credit card at hand I am thinking of using a different faas platform like "vercel" which doesn't need a credit card for creating an account. So, should I continue to change the code for this hosting platform or should I go with google cloud functions ?

I am new to cloud computing and faas, so please correct me if I am wrong somewhere.

@Augilar Sure use Vercel. I wanted to test out using Google cloud hence I migrated it from AWS, but then few months ago I got an unnecessary charge of Rs. 36k on my card (got refund afterwards) and disabled all google cloud accounts which is why it might not be functioning.
