Missing team selection when creating multiple projects in a row

Current Behavior

Team cannot be selected and is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: PAC is activated (by an Admin) and the non-admin user is assigned to one team.

1. Login as non-admin user
2. Try to create a project nr. 1. => the assigned team should be preselected and the 'Team' selection should be mandatory.
3. Create project. And DO NOT refresh the page or change to another menu etc.
4. Create a second project right away. The team is not selectable (as seen in screenshot) and when clicking on 'create' the project is still created but it is not assigned to any access team.

• When you refresh the page in-between the creation of the two projects, everything is fine.

Expected Behavior

The team should be selectable even though the page is not refreshed in any way. (In case the user is assigned to only one team, the team should already be pre-selected).
