Command `esmvaltool config console` should not be there

COMMANDS
    COMMAND is one of the following:

     copy
       Copy one of the available example configuration files to the configuration directory.

     get_config_developer
       Copy default config-developer.yml file to a given path.

     get_config_user
       Copy default configuration to a given path.

     list
       List all available example configuration files.

     show
       Show the current configuration.

shows the esmvaltool config console command. This was added accidentally and should be removed.
