[1.20.1] Lag spikes of strange nature #314

Describe the Bug
While playing, I keep experiencing very bad lag spikes, completely paralyzing the client for around 5 seconds every few minutes. The issue seems to be hardware-dependant, because my friends report no such issues while running the same modpack (and I have a shitty GPU). Likely a mod conflict, but I haven't been able to find the culprit.
Reproduction Steps
Yeah no, I don't think this is reproducible.
Expected Result
It would be pretty reasonable to expect the game to not freeze for 5 seconds. Didn't happen to me before either.
