[Contextual cursor] Remove contextual cursor for "Set heading" (enhancement request)

This issue/enhancement is for the external plugin: {Contextual cursor}
Plugin version: {1.3.1}

Further details; as per plugin's description, "Many things that should have contextual cursors don't. Feel free to make an issue suggesting them, as long as they don't overlap with another thing that has the same option" - enhancement request is being made to hide the contextual cursor that appears with new command "Set heading" as part of new skill Sailing's release. "Set heading" is essentially equivalent to "Walk here" & thus the contextual cursor is not needed.
