Description

How do we know if we have completed Data Flows?

🎯 You’ve achieved your learning objectives if you can:

  • Describe the concept of state, how to use it and what should be stored in it.
  • Identify the state in a problem
  • Use the map function to transform data
  • Create elements in the DOM, using JavaScript
  • Create re-usable components in the DOM
  • Trigger changes by listening to events
  • Fetch data from an API
  • Build a UI that renders content using data stored in state, which can be updated on user interaction

💯 To complete this module, you must:

  • Do your work: complete all mandatory backlog issues
  • Come to class
  • Complete at least 70% of the Codewars katas in the collection.

✅ To complete this module, you must:

  1. Make a new issue on your own Coursework Planner.
  • Follow this template for naming your issue: <COHORT_NAME> | Data flows | <YOUR_NAME>
  1. On the issue, add:
  • A link to your GitHub repo and deployed Netlify site for the “TV Show Project”.
  • A link to your level 400 and level 500 pull requests for the “TV Show Project”, to show both you and your partner contributed.
  • A link to your completed pull request for “Book Library Project”
  1. Submit your issue link via the Success-Forms Canvas in the class Slack channel.

📝Note
Note: A pull request is completed when a volunteer coach has added the “Complete” tag. If nobody has reviewed your PR after one week, please ask on your class's Slack channel.
