Fade out speed is too fast

The Game does not wait for the fade to black to complete when going from one scene to another. This makes the fade to black appear much faster than the fade from black.
Needs fix pls

It seems this is caused because there is no delay between the time the player enters the exit area and when the player actually enters the new scene
