cannot link Applied Energistics 2 wireless Terminal to the network with MPA installed

if i have MPA and Applied Energistics 2 both installed i am unable to use/link the AE2 Wireless Terminal to my network, i have tested all other mods installed and when i remove MPA the wireless terminal works fine. I am using Powersuitaddons-1.7.10-901 and Appliedenergistics2-rv1-stable-1
