Device used: Mac 26.2 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create two expenses with the same amount.
4. Open the report.
5. Click Review duplicates.
6. Click on the second expense preview.
   → On the top right, left arrow is disabled, right arrow is enabled.
7. Close the report RHP.
8. Click on the second expense preview again.
   → On the top right, left arrow is enabled, right arrow is disabled.

Expected Result:

In Step 6 and 8, left arrow should be enabled, right arrow should be disabled, because this is the second expense report.

Actual Result:

In Step 6, left arrow is disabled, right arrow is enabled.
In Step 8, left arrow is enabled, right arrow is disabled.

This indicates that the report sequence is not the same when opened for the first and second time.
