I've updated the versions and references in check.yml. Here's a quick verification of the changes:

• actions/checkout updated to v6
• actions/cache updated to v5.0.1
• actions/setup-python updated to v6.1.0
• Repository references updated from FX31337 to EA31337
• lychee-action configuration aligned with the reference

Everything is now in sync with the provided reference.
