Locked settings.

Related to #293, many setting entries still completelly locked. Some switches turned into checkmarks. Others are switches but they are unswitchable.

Yeah these settings are fixated and not recommended to get change. Do you have any issues?

@FaFre The thing is, when the app displays a toggle switch, users assume it's a configurable setting. Otherwise, all such non-configurable settings should be grouped under the configurable ones, and their toggle switches removed to avoid any confusion

Beside checkmarks, whats about unswitchable switches? Wouldnt it be more logical if unswitchable switches also were in form of checkmarks?

I see, so there are multiple components updating prefs: gecko features, WebLibre and the user. Some components do force/fixate certain prefs and this must be the case here. If you find more of switches which are not controllable please list them and I will investigate. Most probably the unswitchable ones need to get converted into checkmark safeguards as well

@FaFre here is list of unswitchable switches.

1. Privacy, resist fingerprinting, Disable legacy device enumeration.
2. Hardening, telemetry, 13 settings. There is no copy past, so i will skip lisying them, but they are easy detectable if you switch mains witch back and forth.
3. Crush reporting, exlude heap context
4. Block implicit outbound, disable nel
5. Dns, disable doh autoselect
6. Secure connection, 3 settings, including one marked as optional. Same, can be detected turning main switch
7. Privacy, 3 settings, all marked optional
8. Webrtc, obfruscate local ip
9. Attack surface reduction, 2 settings
10. Api restrictions, disable webgpu

Thats all i got, but there might be more, because some of settigs turn unswitchable when switched first, and not all my settigs are switched.

Also, two more things.

Resist fingerprinting is listed twice. One under privacy, and second time privacy, hardening.

And second one is about checkmarks. Some settings turn into checkmarks when switched but they dont switched by default. For example telemetry section is all disabled by default, but once you enable all, many of them turn into switches. If checkmarks are supposed to be highly recomended unchangable settings, why many of them disabled by default?
