Add various group commands

Requires at least

• A way to create a group !creategroup "groupname"
• A way to delete a group !destroygroup "groupname"
• A way of joining a group !joingroup "groupname"
• A way of listing groups !groups

Additional

• Move creating/deleting/joining into seperate functions that can be called by both class functions and group functions
