Planes are standing still when fuel is empty

Describe the bug

When the fuel of a plane is empty, it's standing still in the air and you can still rotate it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Spawn a plane in survival mode
2. Fuel it up and take off
3. Fly until the fuel is empty
4. Observe the plane standing still in the air

Expected behaviour

The plane should glide and fall to the ground.
