Create the tutorial section

Create the layout and the structure of the tutorials section. Right now it has an extremely ugly blank page, but I was planning to make something similar to Flashpunk tutorials section.

The idea is to add a set of progressive tutorials ranging from the very beginning to more advanced topics. We could create a separate repo containing the code for every tutorial.

Since the tutorial section will have a lot of text and code samples, I think it would be a good idea to move everything to a new repo. What if we create something like learn.flixelcommunity.org and populate it with a Gitbook book (here is an example of a JS one).
