Feature description
I would like Fossify Phone to include an optional periodic sound reminder for missed calls. Many modern smartphones no longer include a notification LED, so users cannot easily know if they have a missed call unless they manually wake the screen.
The feature would work like this:
- Play a short sound reminder when there is an unchecked missed call.
- Configurable intervals: 2, 5, 10, 15, and 30 minutes.
- An additional “Custom” interval option.
- Option to choose a standard tone or a user-selected custom sound.
- The reminder repeats until the user opens the app or views the missed call notification.
- Independent on/off toggle specifically for missed call reminders.
Why do you want this feature?
Many smartphones today do not include a notification LED. Because of this, missed calls often go unnoticed unless the user manually wakes the screen. A periodic sound reminder would solve this problem by notifying the user at regular intervals, making it much easier to notice missed calls without constantly checking the phone.
