command tools do not work

Hi, i'm using josm 14625 on windows 8 & 10 and command-line build 34867
Running the command circle:
1-the plugin ask to select center of the circle.
2-then ask for radius of circle
3-then ask for number of sides
4-After these steps the tool entered the processing state and this state
remains constant and not finished
These also happen with the others command tools like Fillet
