Can't dowload ps1 or PS2 game ART

the PFS can't conect to the ART download page but the applications download works

Download the ART.zip file and place it in the root of the PFS-BatchKit-Manager folder. The program will detect the zip and use it instead of the server which may or may not be online at certain times.
