Since the repo appears abandoned, I've gone ahead and made a fork of the repo - cutting down on everything except the a single directory with the binaries + requisite DLLs here:

I got frustrated trying to find outdated/deprecated instances of all the software necessary to compile + run the binaries on a modern OS (in my case, Windows 10 VM, but they should work on Windows 11 too); the linked repo features a single directory with all the exercise binaries and the DLLs needed to run them. Running them should be as simple as dropping them into your Windows machine and clicking on the appropriate *.exe.
