Web: Force redirect to page where the user can only accept the privacy policy #123
When we call the user endpoint we get also the value if the user have bean accepted the privacy policy.
If yes, evrithing it's fine.
If not, we need to redirect to a new web page where the user must accept the policy in order to access to the website
