Yes, it's related to an problem. Images, backgrounds, texts and buttons appear disproportionate on the TV. The UI appears optimized for devices with small screens.

Describe the solution you'd like
Responsiveness for larger screens, with optimization for screens over 50 inches seems interesting.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative is to replace the xCloud session within the app with a web interface that is already built to be responsive to several screen sizes. But I believe this could bring incompatibility with the project.

Additional context
Changing the design of some things within the application, such as connection animations and other details, could make the app more visually harmonious. Putting your position in the queue, connection status would also be a differentiator (Better xCloud exploits this well).

Better xcloud trava muito. Justamente pq exagera. Quanto mais simples a página inicial. Melhor vai ser o desenvolvimento do jogo

Eu concordo, mas o Better xCloud injeta scripts dentro de um app web. É diferente do que esse app faz, mas também sou do time minimalista. Mencionei da posição da fila, porque as vezes fica ''conectando'' por minutos e você não faz ideia se vai demorar ou não. Sobre a responsividade para telas maiores, acho de extrema urgência. Está horrível o layout na TV, tudo muito grande.

I agree, but Better xCloud injects scripts into a web app. It's different from what this app does, but I'm also on the minimalist team. I mentioned the queue position because sometimes it just "connecting" for minutes and you have no idea if it will take long or not. Regarding responsiveness for larger screens, I think it's extremely urgent. The layout on TV is awful, everything is too big.

A sua tv é quantas polegadas? A minha é 50. Até que não fica muito grande. E encaixa certo na tela da TV.
Só que o Better xcloud não tem o renderizador nativo. E usa Web view. O que tem mais tendência de travar o jogo. Em alguns casos. O XStreaming (especialmente no Android) é frequentemente considerado superior ao Better xCloud por usuários avançados devido à sua forma de processar o vídeo e à menor latência de entrada.
Enquanto o Better xCloud é tecnicamente um "script" que roda dentro de um navegador (WebView), o XStreaming é um aplicativo nativo com um motor próprio.
As principais razões para o XStreaming ser considerado "melhor" incluem:

• Renderizador Nativo: Diferente do Better xCloud, que depende do motor do navegador (como Chrome ou Edge), o XStreaming possui um renderizador nativo que reduz drasticamente o tempo de decodificação. Isso resulta em uma jogabilidade muito mais responsiva e com menos "atraso" nos comandos (input lag).
• Bitrate Superior: O XStreaming permite forçar uma taxa de bits (bitrate) de até 50 Mbps, o que é significativamente maior do que o limite padrão da Microsoft e até do que o Better xCloud consegue manter de forma estável em alguns dispositivos. Isso gera uma imagem muito mais nítida, com menos "quadradinhos" (artefatos) na tela.

• Consumo de Recursos: Por ser um app nativo e não rodar dentro de um navegador pesado, ele tende a consumir menos bateria e esquentar menos o celular ou tablet.

Mas a ideia não é transformar o xStreaming em um Better xCloud, apenas trazer alguns recursos de lá pra cá. Sem inovação, não existe progresso. Também não sou fã do Better xCloud, mas também isso não significa que vou achar legal um aplicativo ser simples ao extremo com medo de travamento. É complicado, nós brasileiros sobrevivemos a base de hardware ruim e pouca memória... essa parada acaba virando uma questão importante e que gera até medo. Em outros paises ninguém reclama de travamento com Better xCloud e nem com o app nativo em si, triste a situação.

Concordo. Mas desde que não deixe o aplicativo muito pesado como o Better xcloud é. Demora um século para carregar a página inicial! O Better xcloud é melhor na extensão tampermonkey legacy num navegador de pc. Agora em APK. E outros aplicativos. Vem ficando pesado. Que o xstreaming não estrague essa essência.

I'm trying out the desktop app and the UI looks very nice and compatible with larger screens. Since the cards are small and the window with the game details too. Maybe add categories, recently added, leaving soon, and things like that in the filter will make more easier to find the games as well. It would be good to standardize both apps into a single UI, it would be easier to update and maintain. But just a idea sure ^^

Sim, a interface do modo TV ainda tem muito espaço para melhorias. Há algum layout de interface que possamos usar como referência, seja de aplicativos ou sites? Estou um pouco sem inspiração, então seria ótimo se todos pudessem compartilhar novas ideias.

Usa a inteligência artificial amigo. É só tirar uma foto do layout atual. E sugere a inteligência artificial do Google mesmo mostre uma imagem usando o nano banana 2. Fala que é adaptação para tv projeto e etc...Mas, repito. Um aplicativo muito pesado na tele inicial afeta a jogabilidade dependendo do aparelho. Se bem que a jogabilidade com o aplicativo com as atualizações atuais estão excelentes

It's much better, thank you! The only thing that's bad is the ''recently added'', it's cut off and the text doesn't appear well. Another idea I had is to create shortcuts on the control to click on the buttons. For example: A = confirm/select and X = cancel/return, this would avoid having to use the analog all the time to select the option we want. In general, huge improvement !

Small Update: I tested the settings UI, and some options seem to not respond to the control commands, like select the theme color for example. Impossible to select a color, because it does not recognize any command (not even from the TV control). Some other things are also not accessible, I believe they are optimized for touch screen.
