Not working on 5.5

It wasn't compiling for me neither but I just had to change one line in the ActorLocker_5.5.zip plugin.
I changed Plugins/ActorLocker_5.5/Source/ActorLocker/Private/ActorLockerManager.cpp line 377 to (Added parenthesis) :
if (!Widget.IsValid() || (Widget->GetType() != TEXT("SSceneOutlinerTreeRow") && Widget->GetType() != TEXT("SSceneOutlinerTreeView")))
