Approach to surface file creation

In the surface file section for the first command some variables with the wrong naming are created and/or not the right variables are created.

Should we remove this so far failed attempt of direct creation and stick with the second command, which uses a bunch of constant values?

This should be tested, together with these changes (WIP?): main...dev_replace_tsmp2

Important to realise is that https://github.com/HPSCTerrSys/eCLM_static-file-generator/blob/main/README.md#modification-of-the-surface-and-domain-file is incomplete and the actual modification happens in https://github.com/HPSCTerrSys/eCLM_static-file-generator/tree/dev_replace_tsmp2

I think https://github.com/HPSCTerrSys/eCLM_static-file-generator/tree/dev_replace_tsmp2_py is a failed attempt to move to Python. If this is not or will not be fixed, could @s-poll remove that branch?
