Add ToroDB support

We want Postgresql! The ToroDB project built a neat pymongo compatible wrapper that supports mongodb as well as PostgreSQL as backend.

Oh, i think this (today) boils down to just installing torodb instead of mongodb, so essentially it just needs a bit of setup instruction-linking and testing: https://github.com/torodb/server
