Top account : API Endpoint broken.

That's why the build is failing, it seems that we can't access the [endpoint](https://api.arknode.net/api/accounts/top) since a few days, I don't know why, tried with some others peers like this [one](http://45.79.190.112:4001/api/accounts/top) and it doesn't work either.
