Common Resource files persist when loading other configs

I've created two config files, one that loads only files from 'Common Resources', and one that only loads 'Files To Load' files. When switching between the two, the files from the previous config in 'Common Resources' are always populated and checked. I've saved it a few different ways to confirm the bug. I don't have time to fix it, and I doubt the author will fix it, but I wanted to document the issue in case someone revives the dead repo and sorts out the current issues.

I removed the 'common resources' list because it served no different purpose from the 'Files To Load' listbox. If you use my fork, just put your common resources into the 'Files To Load' listbox.
