JOJO-1 discontinued

I am about to start playing around with the IBEX protocol. Unfortunately, Thermo-fisher shows that the JOJO-1 dye used as the main nuclear marker for IBEX has been discontinued. What is the best alternative?

Wonderful to hear from you! So glad that you are excited to try the IBEX protocol.

DAPI or Hoechst 33342 is the best alternative for a nuclear marker. In place of JOJO-1, you could use Alexa Fluor 532 conjugated primary or secondary antibodies.
