Fix 'OMAP' namespace #439
Description
With the last release the mapr namespace openmicroscopy.org/mapr/OMAP was added. To be consistent with the other namespaces, this should be changed to lower case.
- Fix in ansible/group_vars/omero-hosts.yml
- Fix and re-annotate idr0158
