Tally: quantity preset row clips off-screen on mobile

Bug

The quick-select quantity row on the Tally page clips off the right edge of the screen on mobile. The last preset option (visible as "5" in the screenshot) is partially cut off, with no scroll indicator to suggest more options exist.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Tally page on mobile (iOS, ~375px viewport)
2. Observe the quick-select count row beneath the slider
3. Last item(s) are clipped with no affordance for scrolling

Expected behaviour

The preset row should either:

• Wrap to a second line, or
• Scroll horizontally with visible overflow indicator, or
• Truncate gracefully (e.g. show only presets that fit)
