[Feature request] Add a pure white option for the light theme

• I have tested the latest 5.0 beta version, and it doesn't have this feature.
• I have searched for existing issues (open and closed) and confirmed this feature hasn't been requested before
• I believe this feature request will benefit more than 10% of users, not just myself

Feature Description

When using light theme app has purplish hue background, icons are also purplish. Having option for pure white theme can be really helpful also improve user experience. Also background of beta build n 4.7.7 can be compared.

To reproduce this

1. Go to appearance
2. Theme>Light
3. Material you toggled off < This is not available on my devices Requires A12 or later

Suggestion
Pure white/black theme toggled can be merged together.
