Centralize membership mangement #6
Description
Current membership is spread across GitHub, Google group, Slack instance, and conference registrations. Need a way to:
- Give members a single place to join / manage preferences / leave
- Simplify login and identity management for any Commons services
- Give the organization the ability to add / remove members from sub-groups (such as website maintainers, conference proposal reviewers, or discussion group members)
