I can confirm that this crash is caused by the Nutrition Unofficial Extended Life mod. Without it, there are no crashes.

Sorry for the late response.

I cannot add support for the unofficial fork of Nutrition because the original mod author has made it very clear he does not want forks of the mod published on CurseForge.

I would recommend contacting the author of the Unofficial fork and asking for external compat as the crash is caused by a change they made.

The fix would require re-adding this line to the INutrientManager capability interface.

To prevent the crash in the short-term, you can disable the Nutrition integrations found in Magiculture Integrations - Integrations.cfg.
