Older Events are indexed by search engines and partcipants are still visible

Search engines index events (/events) and can be found even years after they are not on the website anymore.
They should at least be marked as not to be indexed, possibly removed participants or just deleted.

A good plan would be to auto delete events older than a certain time (2 months?)
