[Bug] the "contains" rule seems not to work when the string is not the first argument of the command #2

explained in the title.
for example when i had contains: -":" in the config file running /me : should be blocked

or is that the plugin does not check anything excepts the first argument? maybe i should ask for sub-command support XD
