[Request] Functionality to add samples from one era to another era

The current sample_manager is not able to add samples to an era that don't have this era in the name. The dbs entry would be the same which leads to problems.

A special case needs to be introduced to be able to chose the era if a sample is added to the database and not deduct the era automatically from the dbs entry.
