Dashboard App is broken because stats.yaml's are gone

This app: https://kghub.org/kg-hub-dashboard/

throws 404s when trying to fetch the YMLs for the KGs to visualize, e.g this one:

https://kg-hub.berkeleybop.io/kg-covid-19/current/stats/merged_graph_stats.yaml

This seems to hold true for all KGs.
