14-4 OCR error I4--4

Describe the bug

OCR recognized it as i4--4 thus cannot do 14-4

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

There is another error right before this error at 14-4 where new orleans (https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/wiki/New_Orleans ) drops and stuck Alas.
