Epic: Core Services Implementation

This epic tracks the implementation of core service layer components using composition-based architecture.

Scope

• Git service implementation (wrapping git operations)
• File service implementation (file system operations)
• Validation services (namespace, path validation)
• Template engine (command boilerplate generation)
• Error handling framework

Success Criteria

• All services implement defined interfaces
• >90% test coverage for each service
• Services use dependency injection
• Mock implementations available for testing
• Comprehensive error handling
