Epic: Command Migrations - Phase 1

This epic tracks the migration of foundational commands from Bash to TypeScript.

Commands to Migrate

1. g:command:create - Create new commands
2. g:command:update - Update existing commands
3. g:command:sync - Synchronize commands

Success Criteria

• Feature parity with Bash implementations
• All tests passing
• Performance benchmarks documented
• User documentation updated
