I can’t run dump command:

I have:

• Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100 N/A Build 26100
• Python 3.10.6
• qiling 1.4.6
• 6.0.428 (dotnet sdk)

This is because of clipsp.sys driver update. I met it in Windows 11 25H2. Replace these three lines the following way as a workaround.
