[Bug Report] Apollo Velocity Issue

Checklist before creating an issue:

• I'm using the latest version of Apollo.
• I'm using the latest version of Lunar Client. (Relaunched in the last hour)
• I'm running Apollo on ONLY the backend server OR the proxy. (YOU CANNOT RUN IT ON BOTH)
• I do NOT have both Apollo and the LEGACY API installed on the same server. (YOU CANNOT RUN BOTH AT THE SAME TIME)
• I've gathered all screenshots, logs and appropriate information related to creating a bug report.

Issue Description

Apollo for Velocity proxy would not detect players using Lunar Client in version 1.8, but it works in version 1.21, and YES i have the plugin installed ONLY on the Proxy.

Though, this issue is not found in the spigot version of the Apollo plugin.

Reproduction steps

1. Launch Lunar Client version 1.8
2. Make a velocity proxy with the apollo plugin
3. Run /lunarclient (your ign) and it will show Player is not using Lunar Client.
