Harvest Ropert Needs Redoing

This is a key report the Anne needs to submit monthly to Second Harvest. I rewrote the original report when I discovered that it did not check for the Year so the report returned results for the given month and all Years - I fixes that and the new version is Here => Harvest Report

It needs Work

1. It is Slow
2. It needs testing
3. It shouldn't all be in the view file - I do have a harvest model where it should probably go
