TODO: MarinaModaMusicProd Quantum Music Ecosystem Implementation

⚙️ Stage 1: Audit and Consolidation

  • Conduct audit of all existing repositories in the organization
  • Evaluate current state of licenses, file structures, and dependencies
  • Create mono-repo (marinamoda-quantum-stack) with pulled submodules
  • Introduce naming standards for packages, branches, commits (Conventional Commits)
  • Set up GitHub Projects with Kanban board: Audit → Dev → Test → Deploy
  • Implement ISSUE_TEMPLATE and PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE
  • Establish common LICENSE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING.md

🧠 Stage 2: AI Music Engine

  • Prepare datasets (all Marina releases) → MIDI, WAV, STEMS
  • Add metadata for Federated Learning and fine-tuning models
  • Implement Voice & Style Transfer using pretrained models (e.g., MusicLM or DDSP)
  • Integrate inference API into BlackBoxAI Core via WebSocket / gRPC
  • Configure audio fingerprinting and embedding storage (Pinecone / QMP)
  • Create pipeline: input → AI Composition → Mastering → NFT Mint
  • Document API endpoints (/api/music/generate, /api/music/mint)

🪐 Stage 3: Quantum Distribution Layer (QMP + DIDN)

  • Deploy DIDN Registry for musical objects
  • Implement Quantum Mesh Protocol (QMP) over libp2p / rust-libdisco
  • Migrate media files from Git-LFS/S3 to DID storage
  • Create quantum signatures system for metadata
  • Implement qmp:// protocol for track access (replacing URLs)
  • Add QMP SDK to WebXR client and AIPlatform
  • Ensure compatibility with NFT and Royalty DAO

🎧 Stage 4: WebXR Universe

  • Create XR-scene "Marina Moda Quantum Show"
  • Connect WebXR, WebAudio, and motion-sensing
  • Implement AI director for scenes — Katya AI controls light, rhythm, visuals
  • Store scenes via DIDN instead of URLs
  • Add interactivity: listener can interact with music (gestures, gaze, voice)
  • Optimize for Quest, Vision Pro, Hololens
  • Integrate Quantum Label DAO into XR interface (voting, releases, NFT purchases)

🔗 Stage 5: Blockchain & DAO Integration

  • Develop Music Identity DID and Asset DID
  • Create contracts RoyaltyManager (EIP-2981) and MusicToken (ERC-1155)
  • Implement DAO for releases and licenses (Governor Bravo + Snapshot)
  • Set up NFT release automation via CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
  • Connect TheGraph for asset indexing and DAO events
  • Test asset migration between networks (Ethereum, TON, SUI)
  • Synchronize WebXR interface with DAO decisions

🧬 Stage 6: Autonomous Marketing AI

  • Configure Katya AI as brand PR agent
  • Connect LangChain agents for content creation (texts, videos, XR previews)
  • Implement auto-generation of posts and captions based on DAO analytics and streams
  • Integrate Telegram, Instagram, and X via local bridges (Matrix + Heisenbridge)
  • Introduce sentiment analysis and trend prediction
  • Conduct AutoRelease campaigns — AI selects timing and format

🧱 Stage 7: CI/CD, DevOps, Observability

  • Configure GitHub Actions: Build → Test → AI Generate → NFT Mint → Deploy
  • Dockerize all services
  • Add Helm Charts and Kubernetes manifests
  • Implement BlackBoxAI Agent for runtime analytics and auto-fixes
  • Set up logging via Loki + Grafana
  • Enable GitOps deployment (ArgoCD / Flux)

🔭 Stage 8: Quantum Music Ecosystem Integration

  • API gateway Katya AI ↔ Quantum Mesh ↔ DAO ↔ XR
  • Universal SDK: @marinamoda/quantum-sdk
  • Unified release management portal (Web Dashboard)
  • Support multi-user sessions and voice spaces
  • Quantum Licensing Layer — automatic contracts on listening
  • Export analytics to Data Lake (user behavior, royalties, AI-feedback)

🪄 Stage 9: Documentation and Open Access

  • Create README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, ROADMAP.md
  • Add CHANGELOG and release notes
  • Develop technical whitepaper "Quantum Music Ecosystem"
  • Prepare demo videos and XR trailer
  • Publish documentation on GitHub Pages and IPFS
  • Register project in Open Source AI Index

🪙 Stage 10: Finalization and Pilot Launch

  • Launch Quantum Show in WebXR
  • First 3 NFT releases of MarinaModaMusicProd
  • DAO voting on profit distribution
  • Integration with Katya AI Portal
  • Press release and whitepaper publication
  • Monitor audience reaction via AI Sentiment Loop
