Bug explanation

Currently the materialDesign:PopupBox:

• does not have any hover effect
• ripple effect extends beyond the control
• does not support setting any of the following properties:
  • Background
  • BorderBrush
  • BorderThickness
  • materialDesign:ButtonAssist.CornerRadius
