Installation not working

Hi,

I'm not expert in docker neither in python. I tried to duplicate github repository by conda env, and the docker also, but without success.

On my windows pc on C:/user/, I have a register.py file (that I created) and I created a folder "image_to_align" and "images_aligned_done".
I changed the path on the docker run line.

I have a docker image created but it stops directly.

The goal is to align fluorescence and HE images in series saved as different ome.tiff

Could someone help me please ?

Hi @Lux-aura,
Are there any error messages you get when trying run valis with the Docker image? Or error messages when you try directly using the python code with your conda environment? Those messages will help identifying what is going wrong.

I don't have any error message with the line.
Maybe there is a solution to find where on the command line a problem could be here ?

I launch Docker, open the terminal on docker app and run : docker run --memory=20g -v "C:/user/:C:/user" cdgatenbee/valis-wsi python3 C:/user/valis/register.py -src_dir C:/user/valis/images_to_align -dst_dir C:/user/valis/output_images_aligned
