Add support for hub maps #11
Description
Back when the server was using the python controller, there was support for hub maps. Essentially before and in between RMT runs, it would load a predefined map, usually we would feature a map that a user of the server had created. Currently when RMT ends, it just stays on the last map from RMT. I think some users actually like this rather than having a hub map, but some user research should be done in the server.
