[Feature]: Add optional number input on Limit node. #19

Description of the feature
For streamlining setups it would be useful to have a number input on Limit nodes. This would permit an optional input of a number that, if connected, overrides the setting in the node. The optional number input should be clamped to 0-64, thus permitting easy calculation and input of numbers.
How does it make the mod better?
It would make it easier and more intuitive to configure a typical use case where you want to ensure a specific number of items are available in a receiving block. This can currently be achieved but requires multiple other nodes in a configuration that is not entirely obvious (for new users).
