This should be a toggle-able setting in presets, and achieve a few things:

1. Check that the bot fits specifications
2. Check the number of devices is reasonable, and no ports have 2 devices connected.
3. Run the simulation as usual, but mock the import function so that no third party libraries not packaged with ev3sim cannot be loaded (To ensure no errors occur in competition).
