[Feature]: add JSON & YAML to index

Currently, when I run semble init, it seems the JSON files are ignored.
I want to be able to index JSON & YAML files and search them.

Hey @qdrddr, good catch, this is possible via the programmatic API (e.g. SembleIndex.from_path(include_text_files=True) will include JSON/YAML files (by default this is False), but via the CLI this is indeed not configurable. We'll add a CLI arg --include-text-files that you can set to enable this, thanks!
